La Stone Hot and Cold Stone Massage Therapy is designed as the ultimate therapeutic experience to assist with total well-being.  Hot Stones assist in flushing out built up toxins, increase the metabolism and deeply relaxes the muscles.  Cold Stones assist with stimulation of muscles, removal of swelling and inflammation, soothes headaches and speeds up digestion.

 

Please note, at all times the client is in control of the treatment.  Heat and cold will be checked to ensure total comfort and well-being.  Please also note that a comprehesive client sheet will be filled out to ensure the suitability and greatest benefit of stones treatment to each individual client.
