We understand that life can get busy, that is why we give you a reminder call the day before your appointment time, as a little memory jog.

 

Please advise, therefore, within 24 hours, should you not be able to attend your booking or a cancellation fee may be charged.  Should you not call, another client may not have the opportunity of an appointment and then everyone loses.

 

Any appointment of 2 hrs or more for a new client, will require a 50% deposit to be made, as confirmation of your appointment.  This is required when the booking is made.  This deposit is NON REDEEMABLE should the client not attend, without advise.  Late arrival will cause the appointment to be adjusted without discount, as this will cause all appointments afterward to run late.

 

Please consider, wherever possible, not bringing small children to the salon for your appointment to ensure a relaxing experience for everyone...and please remember to switch off all mobile phones upon arrival.
